16:9 Overlay

This mod solves the problem of playing PC-adapted (16:9) levels on smartphones and tablets with different aspect ratios (20:9, 4:3, etc). It places an overlay on top of the gameplay without resizing the game window and, therefore, moving UI and limitting the touch area.
