Adds an overlay that dims the screen while playing a level
Overlay opacity and color can be customized, with RGB options
Mod settings are in the pause menu settings

Keybinds:

Toggle Overlay (alt+o by default)
Toggle RGB (alt+p by default)
Increase/Decrease Opacity (alt+i & alt+u by default)
