UsefulGDLevels Changelog

v1.2.0

  • Filter levels by specifying a minimum level frequency and/or maximum level length.
    • These filters can be used together with the "Maximum Level Difficulty" filter from the mod's initial release.
  • Level sorting based on factors besides list frequency will now happen when using the cyan shortcut button on the level search menu.
    • This setting uses the same tiebreaker system mentioned in v1.1.1's changelog.
    • List frequency has been and will always be a factor when pressing "Show Levels" (viewing search results of levels that comprise the incomplete level lists a level appears in).
  • Show information for levels appearing in three or two level lists.
    • These levels are ignored by default to preserve the original mod experience.
  • Refactor some things here and there.
  • Recategorize some existing settings as a result of introducing new settings.

v1.1.1

  • Display additional map pack/gauntlet information.
    • Incidentally, this also fixes a bug ever since the mod's initial release where some levels might have inaccurate list frequency information. (Map packs were counted as level lists.)
  • Revised tiebreaker system introduced in options from v1.1.0:
    • Levels are sorted by their level list frequency, then their length, then star/moon count, then difficulty (as a tiebreaker between different types of demon [10 star] levels, then level ID).
    • Lists are split into claimed and unclaimed lists. In both groups, they are sorted by whether you've completed (but not yet claimed) its diamonds, then how many levels you have left before you can claim the diamonds (note: this is NOT the same thing as a percentage), then diamond reward count, then the number of levels you need to complete the entire list (note: this is NOT the same thing as a percentage), then download count, then level list ID.

v1.1.0

  • Sort levels by list frequency in descending order.
  • Sort level lists by completion progress in descending order.
  • Choose the type of level search layer to show the useful levels shortcut button.

Note that tiebreakers may break in some situations. They will be revisited later.

v1.0.2

  • Putting out even more fires.

v1.0.1

  • Putting out some fires.

v1.0.0

  • Initial release (on GitHub).
The recommended way to install mods is through the in-game mod loader. You will have to manually install the .geode files you get from this page.

Some mods also require other mods as dependencies; you will need to find and install them yourself.
