Icon Kit Utilities

Adds new features to the icon kit and fixes some bugs:

• adds a player options button, for customizing options that should be in the icon kit in the first place:
  • mini icon default
  • switch spider teleport color
  • switch dash fire color
  • switch wave trail color
• add glow col2 button (check settings for details)
• shift-click an icon/color to open its info popup without selecting it (mobile version planned)
• arrows in icon info popups, so you can easily go to the next and previous icons without closing and reopening the popup
• fixes the bug where the supporter icon dialog box shows up even after unlocking the icon
• rename "Item 18-20" to "Animation 1-3" in the icon kit special page
• rename "2.21" icons that are actually given by the Wraith to special chest icons
• fixes icon info popups for 2.21 icons having no text if you have icon hack
