Progress of Editor Levels

Adds percentage bars to EditLevelLayer. Now you can easily see your progress on editor levels. This could probably be very useful when it comes to level verifications, but idk I'm not good enough to have anyone ask me to verify their levels.

NOTE: If anyone would like to make a better icon for this mod, please dm me on discord (@mariomastr) with a suggestion.
