Scroll Zoom

Note: BetterEdit implements the same feature as this mod.

This mod makes the Ctrl + Scroll wheel zoom in the editor smoother, and adjustable.

Also adds Shift + Scroll wheel to pan sideways.

On mobile, this allows you to zoom by pinching in the editor
