Custom In-Game Progress Bar Color

(inspired by Naxrin's ProgressBarColor mod) Simple mod to change the progress bar color in-game (if you're looking to change the colors of the progress bars at the level pages, this mod doesn't do that). Also useful when using custom (colored) progress bar textures!
