Hides various elements of your choice from Geometry Dash's loading screen. Also allows you to set your own custom splash text, as well as its font.

Added Loading Progress Percentage Text and Load Step Progress Text.
- Load Step Progress Text is definitely the more accurate of these two options.
- You can still use both options together if you'd like, but there are no promises that Loading Progress Percentage Text is accurate.
Fix a long-standing bug where the default set of splash texts could not be toggled off.
- Incidentally, also fix a bug where a quote from the default set of splash texts was twice as likely to appear.
- (Darn, how did I screw that up?)
