Better Touch Prio
This mod simply fixes touch issues by using Z order to calculate the button to be pressed instead of the touch priority value.
This fixes issues like being able to press buttons behind unclosable popups, or touch detecting layers being clickable behind popups!

For mod compatbility
It should work with most mods, and feel free to report me any bugs you come across.
For mod developers specifically, if you have a custom layer that essentially "steals touches" from the child like how RobTop implements scroll layers, add "alk.better-touch-prio/steals-touch" as a node flag to that node.
